Our Services
DreamWeaver provides comprehensive advisory and implementation services designed to guide entrepreneurs from concept through launch and early operations. Services include:
1. Entrepreneur Assessment & Business Alignment1. Entrepreneur Assessment & Business Alignment
Conducting in-depth interviews with the entrepreneur to identify the most suitable business opportunities based on individual interests, experience, geographic location, and relevant demographic and market research.
2. Business Formation & Legal Structuring
Assisting with the formation of the business entity and preparation of foundational legal documentation, including articles of organization, bylaws, and related organizational materials.
3. Financial Infrastructure Setup
Providing guidance and support in establishing business banking relationships and opening appropriate operating accounts.
4. Capital & Fundraising Support
Assisting with capital-raising efforts, including crowdfunding strategies and exploration of additional funding sources such as Small Business Administration (SBA) financing and other applicable programs.
5. Strategic & Operational Planning
Supporting the development of business plans, marketing strategies, and standard operating procedures tailored to the selected venture.
6. Go-to-Market Execution
Assisting with securing retail or commercial lease arrangements and/or the development and implementation of an e-commerce platform, as applicable to the business model.
7. Ongoing Advisory & Oversight Services
Providing continued advisory support related to human resources, payroll coordination, legal matters, and accounting oversight. These services are offered on a monthly retainer basis and may be canceled by the entrepreneur at any time after twenty-four (24) months.

Fees & Compensation
8. Pre-Launch Services Fee
A total pre-launch fee of $10,000, payable in installments as follows:
• $2,500 upon execution of the services agreement
• $2,500 upon identification of the business concept
• $2,500 upon formation of the legal business entity
• $2,500 upon the business being operationally ready for launch
Upon commencement of business operations, ongoing advisory services are provided at a rate of $500 per month for a period of twenty-four (24) months.
9. Optional Equity Participation
At the sole discretion of the entrepreneur, DreamWeaver may elect to invest in the venture by acquiring an equity interest in exchange for providing a portion of the startup capital required to launch the business.
